Want to update your phone number, or use a different number to be contacted on? No problem! This guide can help you!

Changing your Phone Number on your Amega Profile is a simple task. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our website and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on Profile on the side menu and select Profile from the drop-down menu.

  3. On the Mobile Number field, click Change.

  4. Under Send PIN via email, click Continue.

  5. Fill out the Mobile Number Change Request form with your New Phone Number and a brief Reason for the change.

  6. In the lowest field, insert the PIN you received on your registered email.

  7. Click Continue.

All done! Your new phone number is verified and saved to your Profile!
