A simple guide for resetting your trading account password.

Passwords are a tricky thing. They have a tendency to slip through our minds, even if we are sure we made them as memorable as possible.

So what happens if you're trying to log in to your trading account, but that pesky password just won't work?

Here's how you can reset it:

  1. Visit our website and sign in to your account.

  2. On your side menu, click on Accounts and then click on Account Overview from the dropdown menu.

  3. Find the account you wish to reset the password for, and click on the Trading Platform Login number or on View at the far right of your screen.

  4. In the Accounts Overview page, next to the Trading Platform Password field, click on the Change button.

  5. Follow simple instructions and your password will be reset.

Now your new password is ready to go!


Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes at least:

  • One upper case Latin character

  • One lower case Latin Character

  • One digit
