Passwords are a tricky thing. They tend to slip through our minds, even if we are sure we made them as memorable as possible.
So what happens if you're trying to log in to your trading account, but that pesky password just won't work?
Here's how you can reset it:
On your Client area, click on One Account at the bottom.
Click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner.
Select Change trading platform password from the menu that appears on the bottom of the page.
Click on Send PIN to my email.
Check your email for the security pin, and enter it in the next page along with your new password.
Click on Change Password
Now your new password is ready to go!
💡Tip
Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes at least:
One upper case Latin character
One lower case Latin Character
One digit
One special character
