If you get a No Connection error on your MT5 platform, the most likely reason is a poor internet connection or an issue with the server.

To resolve the problem, you can follow these steps:

  • Try restarting your MT5.

  • Try logging in again.

  • Check your internet connection. Make sure your device is connected and the connection is strong and stable.

  • You may consider restarting your router, to refresh the connection and fix any stability issues.

  • If your device is connected with no issues, you can try rescanning the servers. to do that, left-click on the No connection error message, and choose Rescan Servers.

Other less likely reasons for a No Connection error, could be the use of a VPN service, or your Firewall.

A VPN service outage can cause problems similar to an unstable internet connection.

On the other hand, if you have installed or updated your firewall, it could be limiting or blocking internet traffic through the application. It is always best to add your platform to the list of Firewall (and Antivirus) software exceptions to avoid this.

If for any reason none of these suggestions fix the problem, try contacting our support team for more assistance.
