Why is the New Order button disabled?

Fixing the issue with disabled New Order button on MT5

Don't panic! We got you!

A disabled (grayed out) New Order button, can mean only one of two things:

  1. You are not logged in

  2. You are logged in with the wrong password.

To fix the issue, simply try to re-login. Make sure you are using the correct password (i.e the trading platform password, not the Investor password).
