A step-by-step guide to placing a withdrawal

Ah, the time has come for you to enjoy the fruit of your labors! Placing a withdrawal with Amega is simple and fast.

Here's how you can request a withdrawal:

  1. Visit our website and log in to your account.

  2. From your Client area Home menu, click on Withdraw.

  3. Select the Live account you wish to withdraw from.

  4. Select the payment provider (please note that this must be the same method as your deposit).

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Fill out the withdrawal form (takes less than a minute)

  7. Click Continue to complete the request.

During working hours withdrawals are executed within minutes from our side. Processing time varies between carriers. While card processing is generally faster than bank transfers, please allow between 5-10 days for the funds to reach you.

Please note, that certain PSP's apply a very small fee for withdrawals, depending on the payment method and withdrawal amount.
You can withdraw through SticPay, Dusupay, Skrill and Neteller with zero fees! (Deposit must also come through these sources)
