To perform an internal transfer, visit our website, log in to your account, and follow these simple steps:
Transferring funds from one Main Wallet to ONE Account and back
You can transfer funds to your ONE account for trading, or to your Main Wallet for withdrawing:
From the Main Wallet tab, click on the Transfer button (next to the Withdraw button).
Select the account you are transferring from, and to (Main wallet to ONE account, or ONE account to Main Wallet.
Enter the amount you want to transfer and click Continue.
Transferring funds from IB wallet to trading account:
Transfering your earnings from your IB account, is fast and easy!
From the client area, click on the Partnership tab.
From the Wallet overview, click on Transfer.
Select the IB wallet you wish to transfer from and the account you wish to transfer to (ONE account or main wallet) and enter the amount you wish to transfer. Click on Continue.
Transferring funds from Cashback wallet to trading account
To transfer your earnings from our Loyalty Program, follow these simple steps:
From the client area, click on the Cashback tab.
From the Wallet overview, click on Transfer.
Select your cashback wallet and the account you wish to transfer the funds to (ONE Account or Main Wallet) and enter the amount you wish to transfer. Click on Continue.
There you have it! Your funds are transferred instantly!
