How to replace your existing password through your Client area

So, you've realized that using the word "password" as your password is not exactly the best option.

No problem, we will get that fixed in no time!

To Reset your password:

  1. Visit our website and sign in to your account

  2. Click on Hub on the side menu and then click on your name at the top.

  3. Click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right side of your screen

  4. Select change password from the menu that pops up at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Fill out the Change Password form with your Current Password and New Password, and then re-enter the New Password to confirm

  6. Click Continue

All set! Your new password is active immediately.

Note: If you forgot your password or wish to reset it without logging in, try reading the I lost my password article instead.


Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes at least:

  • One upper case Latin character

  • One lower case Latin Character

  • One digit
